Evergo Mobile App – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Evergo mobile application and related services ("App", "Service") operated by Evergo Technologies (CR No. 110173-2), a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with registered office at Office 62, Mandarine Business Suites, Seef, Kingdom of Bahrain ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
Evergo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
3. Services Provided
Evergo operates a digital platform that enables users to access and manage services made available through the App, including but not limited to digital access, bookings, charging, mobility, payments, and related services. Evergo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at its sole discretion without prior notice.
4. User Obligations
You agree that you shall not:
- Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or user accounts
- Upload malicious software or interfere with platform security
- Misuse the services or disrupt normal system operations
5. Payments & Fees
- All prices and service charges are displayed within the App and may change at any time without prior notice.
- Payments are processed using authorized third-party payment gateways.
- You authorize Evergo to charge applicable fees for all services utilized through your account.
- Prices are displayed as inclusive or exclusive of VAT as stated within the App.
6. Refund Policy
All refunds are governed strictly by the following conditions:
- All payments made through the Evergo App are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
- Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Proven technical system failure
- Service unavailability caused solely by Evergo
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the transaction date.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 20 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
- Evergo reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@evergoapp.com.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of Evergo or its licensors and are protected under Bahraini and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited without written permission from Evergo.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by Evergo's Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Kingdom of Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018). By using the App, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for service delivery and legal compliance.
9. Service Availability
Evergo does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the App. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system upgrades, or technical failures without any liability.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party service providers. Evergo is not responsible for the actions, content, availability, or policies of any third-party services or platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Evergo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Evergo shall not be responsible for losses arising from service outages, system failures, user error, or misuse of the App.
- Evergo's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evergo, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
13. Suspension & Termination
Evergo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately without prior notice in the event of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Upon termination, all user rights to use the App shall cease immediately.
14. Modifications to Terms
Evergo may amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Evergo regarding the use of the App and supersede all previous communications, understandings, or agreements.
